Mild salt, sweet and pepper flavor that is perfect on crackers or in sandwiches. Made with the leanest Fresh Farm to Market Pork Trim so it is not greasy and double ground to get the signature summer sausage texture. Commonly referred to as "Circle Meat" in our household, the kids are quick to ask for it every time its around.
