Slow barrel cured then rubbed with our three pepper blend. A little less salt and a little more heat then our Original Sliced Bacon.
Pork cured with : water, Cure (salt, cane & maple sugars, dextrose, sodium nitrite), salt, maple syrup, black pepper, aleppo pepper, white pepper.
